Another Mo Christmas card

Ooh I so love this image, Itis so good for teenage cards, It's from Mo and I think she's called Danny's presents. This card is for my friend Rita's Granndaughter. I have coloured her with pro markers and chalked around the edge and then added some glamour dust and martha stewart snow, and then I picked my DP from the colour I did her coat, so a silver theme. I also glamour dusted her coat cuffs and collar. The snowflake DP is from pink petticoat and the let it snow I have had ages. I have added some zig zag papermania ribbon to the bottom and added a pink petticoat sentiment. Then some silver ribbon to the left side. I cut the snowflakes with a die and my bigshot with foam and added pearls, a white button and a love charm. The other sentiment is computer generated.

Lilac Christmas card

This stamp is from the Penny Black new 2010 range, It's an order from my friend Jo for her Daughter Holly.I have used some merry christmas DP which I have had for well over 2 years so I thought it was about time I used it lol. I have mounted this onto silver card and attached some fairy lights. I then coloured my image with pro markers in lilac and reds and the presents in green and red, I have then chalked around the image in blue and added glamour dust and martha stewart snow glitter. I cut the snowflake out in foam and added a pearl to the centre, then some fluffy purple ribbon. The sentiment strip is from Pink petticoat and the circle sentiment from cuddly buddly, the top sentiment is computer generated.

LOTV baby boy birthday card

Another LOTV baby birthday card, I love these cuties. This one is for my friend Kay for her little boy Adam aho is one on the 22nd of November. I have coloured him in with prisma pencils and sansodor and pro markers. The DP is from scrap booking mad and forever friends. Ihave embossed some vibrant blue card with a dots folder and attached the image to this and then added some star ribbon, I have cut some scallop circles and embossed these too. The circle sentiments are compute generated by me, and the other one is from pink petticoat.

Bugaboo Birthday

This is an order from Bill, It's for a friend of his's Daughter if that makes any sense, anyway she works in an office and they wanted that for the theme. So I chose a stella image from Bugaboo, coloured in with promarkers and sakura glaze pen. I have mounted onto lilac and purple card and the DP is from forever frinds. I added some organza ribbon, attached some flowers. The top and bottom sentiments are computer generated and the 'you're wonderful' sentiment is from pink petticoat.

Little Girl's Christmas Card

This is another order from a friend Rita, it's for her Granddaughter. I have coloured the image with pro markers and chalked around the edge in blue. I have ised martha stewart snow for the flakes. I have mounted onto plain red card and added the santa sentiment which is from bethany's elegant word art. The Dp I have had for over 2 years and I found it the other day when sorting my craft room out. I have added some red ribbon and die cut some snowflakes in foam and added green pearls to the centres. The sentiment strip is from pink petticoat.

Mad Hatter Birthday card

This card is for my Daughter Emily, she is 23 on the 30th of October and she is mad on Alice in wonderland, especially the Mad Hatter. I chose this image from sassy studio and coloured her with prisma pencils and sansodor, and then highlighted with a lime sakura glitter pen. The DP is from scrap booking mad, the Alice sentiments are from TLC creations and the sentiment strip from pink petticoat, the rest are computer generated. I have added some dark green ribbon to finish.

LOTV Baby's first birthday

I love these baby images by LOTV so so cute. This is for my friend Pam her Granddaughter is one in November. I have stamped the image and coloured with prisma pencils and sansodor and promarkers for her face and sakura glaze for the wheels on the pram, I have added glamour dust to her bow and shoes, I have cut the image with a nellie snellen frame. The DP is from forever friends, the circle sentiments I made myself on the computer and then punched them out, the rest are from pink petticoat. I have added some cute flower ribbon, pearls and buttons with a bottle and love charm to finish.

Christmas Bear

I am starting to get orders now for Christmas cards and this one is for my friend Jo, it's for her son Jordan. She wants cute Christmas cards so I have chosen a cute bear from the Wild Rose Studio range he's pulling a sled full of pressies. The DP is from scrap booking mad, I have embossed some white card and stamped my image in the middle to make a frame, i then used glamour dust to sparkle round the inside of the frame. I have coloured the bear with promarkers and sakura glitter pens and sakura glaze pens, added some glamour dust to his hat and coat and some for the snow beneath his feet, I have also used some martha stewart glitter snow for the flakes. The snowflakes are die cut with foam and I have added some pearls to the centres. The circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly, the magic of christmas sentiment is from Kanban, the sentiment strips are from pink petticoat and the top sentiment is from my stash.

Jack & Ginger Anniversary Card

This card is for my friend Sara, It's her Auntie & Uncles golden wedding anniversary in December. I have used a mo manning image Jack & Ginger and coloured with Koh-i-noor pencils and sansodor, I have used chalk for the sky and grass then just added a few blades of grass with pencils. I have used a sakura glitter pen for the edges of gingers clothes and on her hat, and also for the flowers Jack is holding. I got the floral DP free from Jack heath's blog and I have spruced it up with glamour dust and a gold sakura pen for the flowers. The word DP is from Pink Petticoat. I then added some gold gems to the centre of the flowers. I have added some ribbon to the side and attached a cream rose and some pearl stems and some cream roses at the bottom as well. The top sentiment is computer generated and the circle sentiment i did myself on the computer and to this I have added a gold glitter heart charm.

Timmies Stocking

This card is one ordered by Bill for his family. I have used Timmies stocking from Digital Pencil Too and coloured him with pro markers and added some red sakura glaze and glamour dust to his stocking. The DP I have had for well over 2 years, I am trying to use my old stuff but you know how it is when you see something new come out you have to have it lol. I have matted and layered him and added a sentiment. I then added some card, ribbon and sentiments to the bottom. I have used some foam snowflakes and I love them. Fiished off with 2 buttons and attached charms to these. The top sentiment is computer generated.

Buttercup christmas card

I love this stamp, it is so quick to colour up, it's called buttercup with bird on head and is from ladybugcraftsink. I have coloured with pro markers and added glamour dust to the snow. The tree DP is from crafts at country graphics, I have framed my image and mounted onto some embossed card, the sentiment is from my stash and I have added a white button and a 'joy' charm.

Magnum and lily christmas

Another card for my stash. I have used Magnum and lily from ladybugcraftsink. The Dp is from Pink Petticoat. I have coloured them with promarkers and used some glamour dust on their hats and snow. I then cut out with a nellie snellen frame and added as 'joy' charm, the top sentiment is from my stash and the bottom one from pink petticoat.

Bonfire Card

This is a request for my friend Julie, it's for her niece Abbie who will be 14 on Bonfire night. I have used an image called willow and I can't remember where I got her from but she is perfect with all the leaves falling around her. I have coloured her with Caran D'ache pencils and sansodor and I have used sakura glitter and glaze pens for the leaves, then chalk around the image. I have mounted her onto some autumnal card and attached some beads. The DP is from the creative cottage and the bonfire words I did myself on the computer. I have attached some organza ribbon to some card and then some gold sequin ribbon on top of that and then added the round sentiments which are from cuddly buddly. The top sentiment is computer generated and the bottom sentiment strip is from pink petticoat.

Sexy Christmas

I love these images from bugaboo. This is a card requested by Sara at work for her husband, They are newly weds so i thought this image would be ok. The DP is from crafts at country graphics, I have matted and layered some green card and computer generated the sentiment ribbon. I then mounted the image which is coloured with copics and sakura glaze pens and I have added some Glamour Dust. I have recently bought loads of raffia in different colours and i have used red on here as it's a man's card I think ribbon sometimes looks a bit feminine. I have added a heart charm to the raffia. The circle sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly and the rest are computer generated.

Customised stamp

I also wanted to share this. I was looking into getting a customised stamp for the back of my cards, to promote my blog but they were about £20, which I didn't want to pay, so I had alook on ebay and I found this one for £3.99 including postage from malaysia, I think it's great for the price.

Halloween ~ Spyders Corner

This is a freebie called 'lets go trick or treating' from Spyders corner and I love it, I think it's my favourite halloween digi . I have coloured them with promarkers. The word and bat DP is from pink petticoat. I have mounted onto some black card and attached some lime gingham ribbon and a pumpkin charm. The top sentiment is computer generated and the bottom one is from tlc creations.

New Stash

Motorbike birthday card

This is another quick card made from a jolly nation die cut decoupage sheet. The DP is from printable heaven, the top and bottom sentiments are from create with TLC and the side sentiment is from pink petticoat. Kanban Patchwork Pals Christmas card

I bought this set from QVC last year and this is the first time I have used it, So everything apart from the ribbon and sentiments are from this kit, My aim is to use it all on quick christmas cards. I think it took me 5 minutes if that. Brilliant.

Christmas card - couple

This is an order from bill my good friend. I will be posting quite a few as he has sent me a very long list lol. I have used a Phindy's place image I have forgot what it's called as i have had it coloured for a while now. I have coloured with promarkers, mounted onto red card, attached a ribbon to this and then embellished woth buttons and a poinsetta, the branches i cut with my martha stewart punch. The DP is from nitwits. I then cut out a border with my martha stewart doily punch and also some snowflake borders, you guessed it with my martha stewart punch. I have added a sentiment to the doily border and this is from bethanys elegant word art which i coloured with a red promarker adn then added some buttons and gems to this. The snowflake border was stuck down with stick and stay and i have added some pearls to the centres. The top sentiment is computer generated.

Halloween Birthday

I am really getting into these Halloween cards. This card is for my friend Delia it's for her nephew Jacob who is 8 on Halloween. This image was a freebie from just inklined and he's so cute. I have coloured him with caran d'ache pablo pencils and sansodor and chalked around the edge. The DP is from the daisy and dandelion cd rom, The halloween words are from TLC creations, the trick or treat is from pink gem designs and the other sentiments are computer generated, I have coloured over them with a grass pro marker. I have used my martha stewart web punch for the borders and a Web embossing folder from sissix, finished off with a pumpkin charm.

Sheffield United Football card

I get asked for these cards quite a lot, and it's usually Sheffield United or Sheffield Wednesday. I have used a stamp from crafts uk and coloured him with papermania watercolour markers, then glazed his top and socks and stamped the word 'GOAL!!@ I have chalked the blue sky and prisma penciled the grass, I have used my toolbox cd rom for the DP, added the Sheffield united anthem and then computer generated the bottom sentiment ribbon, and used peel offs for the top sentiment ribbon, finished off with a black button and rafia.

Halloween Tiddlyinks

I Love this image from Tiddlyinks, It's called halloween birthday, I have coloured her with koh-i-noor pencils and sansodor and chalked around the image then added a trick or treat sentiment from pink gem designs. I have embossed some black card with a sissix web halloween folder and used my martha stewart web punch to cut out the borders. The DP is from Pink petticoat. I have attached some orange gingham ribbon and added some green buttons to this. The top sentiment is computer generated and the 'BOO' is from Meljen.

Decoupage Birthday card

This card is for Colin for his wife Sue's birthday. I have decided to go for decoupage for a change. It's from a set i bought on create and craft last year. I have attached some pink organza ribbon to the centre of some glitter card stock which is very pretty. Added the design to this and embellished with some pearls and crystals and a lovely flower with a brad in the centre. The blue DP is from pink petticoat. I then attached some beads to raffia and stuck this onto some gorgeous embossed white card and stuck a glitter flower in the centre. The circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly and the rest are computer generated. I finished off with some blue organza ribbon to the side.

Bugaboo Garden gal

I just love Bugaboo images and I went mad when they had their half price sale. This one is JJ hobbies garden. It's for my friend Joan again, this card is from all us girls. She loves her gardening and has an allotment and she even looks like JJ so I thought this image would be great. I have coloured her with pro markers and glazed her wellies, garden glove and the veg on her dress and her glasses with sakura. The spade I coloured with koh-i-noor pencils and sansodor. I then chalked in the sky and again used my pencils for the grass, which I have been practicing with and i am getting better. I then added a fence which I got from craftsuprint. The DP is from scrap booking mad and daisy & dandelion. The strip sentiment is from pink petticoat ( I can't get enough of these at the moment ), the round sentiment is from cuddly buddly and the top sentiment is computer generated. I have finished off with some olive organza ribbon to the side.

Mo Manning ~ Super Duper boy

I have been dying to use this digi from Mo called super duper boy, the card is again for Bill for his great grandson, I have coloured him with koh-i-noor progresso pencils and sansodor and promarkers for his face, and some sakura glaze for his mask, cape and boots. All the DP is from forever friends, the circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly, the sentiment strip is from pink petticoat, and the rest are computer generated.

Graduation Card

I am entering this into Pollycraft monday challenge ~ anything goes. The card is for my friend Rita, it's her granddaughter's Graduation. I have used all spare bits of card/paper left over because my pile is getting bigger and I don't like wasting it. The image is from Sassy studio designs, i have coloured her with promarkers and inked around the edge with a wheat chalk ink. I have used some brown grossgrain ribbon and added pearls to this. The circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly, the strip sentiment is from Pink Petticoat and the others are computer generated. I am pleased the way it has turned out.
