A new baby boy

Aaaah what a cutie, this little fella is from Pink Petticoat, I have coloured him with promarkers and a blue copicatyou glitter pen then added GD to the frills, then layered on to some blue card, The DP is from forever friends mounted onto the same blue card. I have added some blue and white star ribbon, then some stars cut with a cuttlebug die and added the buttons to the centre and some blue and white twine, The sentiment is from hobby paleis and I have coloured the boutees and added some GD. Finished off with some blue card candi.
