This is a card for my friend Bill, his Granddaughter will be 40 soon.
I have used a Squigglefly image called Here's to you by Chesney young. I have coloured her with Promarkers and sakura glaze and glitter pens, then mounted onto Red then cream CS, the border is created with my MS scallop punch and I have attached some pom pom ribbon and a flower to this, The DP is from papermania. I stamped the border at the bottom with an Elzybells stamp, the other sentiments are computer generated, I finished off with some pink pearls.
