This is an image from Pollycraft. I have loads of these images as they are a great price and Paula is always doing offers and freebies, she is very generous.
This image is called Jack in the game and you can buy him here. I have coloured him with Promarkers and prisma's for the grass, The DP is from the girls paperie and the text I computer generated myself. I have added a red scallop border and some football ribbon, then finished off with some card candi, a button and the sentiment is from Pink gem designs.
