This card is a request from a friend at work.
The stamp is from LOTV and is called 'Baby Boy', you can buy here.
I have coloured with my promarkers and flex markers, then cut out with a nellie die, added a google eye to the dog and pearls to the wheel centers. I have embossed a piece of blue card, and then used a x-cut die for the white star circle, matted them all together, the DP is from pink petticoat, I finished off with a circle sentiment from pink gem designs, some card candi, and the other sentiment is computer generated.
