This is a Pollycraft image, he is called 'skills', you can buy him here. I have coloured him with Promarkers and prisma pencils, distress ink for the sky. then I matted to some navy CS. The DP is from Papermania, I added a nazy border down the middle, some blue and white twine and a star button. The top sentiment is from pink gem designs, the bottom one is hobby paleis. I finishedoff with some card candi.
