Serenity


This is a belated birthday card for a friend at work.
we are going out on friday for a meal and she will get her card and pressie then.

This image is from Just Inklined called Serenity, they have got some fab new images which I just had to buy lol.

I have coloured with my prisma pencils and blended with sansodor and a little tim holtz ink for the sky, I then matted to some cream CS and hand stitched around the edge. The DP is from DCWV and dovecraft, I added a doily corner, some lace, a flower cut with a magnolia die and remember when I said I had learned to crochet, well that flower was made by little old me, I added some buttons and pearls to finish, the sentiments are computer generated, and the 65 is a stamp from Ladybugcraftsink.

    Hi Gaynor! Love the card and I'm so jealous of your crochet flower, where did you learn to do this then!! lol

    I bought the pockets from eBay just put in Artist Trading Card storage sleeves and it brings quite a few up I bought mine from the one I thought looked better quality 50 sleeves for £8.99 free postage ordered friday night and they arrived this morning!

    Hi Gaynor this is fabulous I can see why the image is called serenity, it really does look peaceful, the papers, flowers and design look ACE.
