CYDA - DT card - CH#50 - Shades of Grey plus one other colour

For my card I have gone with grey and blue, I have used a Magnolia stamp called Tilda with snow heart, she is coloured in with promarkers and I then die cut her with a spellbinders die floral ovals, I then added the GD, fun flock and some blue gems, the DP is from forever friends, I matted to some silver mirror card and hand stitched around the edge. I added some lace, organza ribbon and an organza bow with a heart charm attached, the sentiments are form my stash, the butterfly is from Cheery Lynn, I finished off with some pearls.

CYDA - DT card - CH49 - Doilies and lace

The challenge this time at CYDA is Doilies and lace and has been set by Berit.

To me that means girly girly girly lol.

I have used a LOTV stamp called A special gift, she is coloured with promarkers and prisma pencils and I used a white sakura glaze pen for the dots on her dress. The heart embossing folder is from Papermania, I used my MS star punch for the border, some ribbon lace from Hobbycraft and the polka dot ribbon is from craftsulove. I added buttons to my doily, the photo corners are a MFT die as is the number 4, I finished off with a heart charm which is off an old earring, some buttons and pearls, the sentiments are computer generated.

My image of course is from the Stamp fairy called Linda Fairy.

I have coloured in with copics and added some GD and pearls, the grass is a seperate stamp from LOTV, I matted to some pink CS and hand stitched around the edge, the DP is from first edition and Bo Bunny. I added a fence die cut from Magnolia, a glitter ribbon, a crochet flower handmade by me with a wooden flower button in the centre, finished off with some die cut felt flowers, a punched out MS butterfly and some pearls, the sentiments are from my stash.

I decided to go diagonal with Doilies, ribbon and a charm.

My image is a stamp from LOTV called Dainty Dancing, she is coloured with Spectrum noir pens and embellished with GD. I cut her out with my sizzix dies, the BP is from forever friends, the border is a memory box die, the corner is a cheery lynn die. I added some tulle ribbon and tied in a bow, added the charm from Ebay and finished off with some pearls, buttons, a butterfly and the sentiments.

For my card I have used a stamp from LOTV called Best Dress, I have coloured her with promarkers and prisma pencils and embellished with pearls and GD. I hand sewed around the edge. The DP is from Papermania, the fence is a magnolia doo hickey die and the flowers are from my stash. The sentiments are from LOTV and sentiments 4 you.

For my card I have used a WRS stamp called Bella Birthday, I have coloured with promarkers, die cut with sizzix arch frame. The DP is from Dovecraft and my stash., the border was made using an X-cut punch and I added some ribbon and tied in a bow. The doily is a cheery lynn, the photo corner is a MFT die as is the number 1, I finished off with the sentiments and some buttons and a charm.

It's challenge time at CYDA

My digi is called Ava mermaid and I have loved making this card.

I have coloured her with flex and pro markers, added some GD and then added the bubbles using glossy accents and then added some stickles and clear gems and matted to a scallop circle.

The DP is from Nana's Nursery, I have used a MS scallop dot punch, various marianne dies for the leaves, and corners and swirls. I hand made the pins, added a glitter flower and pearl brad, the ticket sentiment is from Pink gem designs, the rest are computer generated.

Can't wait to see all your creations, this challenge should be very popular.

I have used one of their images called Toby Easter, I have coloured him with promarkers and prisma pencils blended with sansodor and tim holtx distress ink for the sky, I added a bit of GD and matted to some cream card. The DP is from Forever friends, I added a scallop border made with my MS punch, added some yellow ribbon and finished off with some buttons. The sentiment strip is from pink petticoat and the sentiment on the image is computer generated by me.

I have used a Tina Wenke stamp called Sent from above, I have coloured with flex markers, then embeossed around the image, the sentiment in the balloon is from Ladybugcraftsink, the DP is from my local craft shop, this is matted to some blue hammered card and I used a MS heart punch for the border, I added a doily and some blue twine threaded through a blue button and charm then tied in a bow. I finished off with some aqua dew drops and heart pearls, the bottom two sentiments are from Pink petticoat and the circle one is computer generated.

I have used an image from Meljen's called Victorian Bird cage

I have coloured with spectrum noir pens added some GD, then framed using a sizzix frame die and added some pearls. The DP is from Forever friends, I added a scallop border a gorgeous bow and added the pearl heart. I made the flower yoyo and sewed a button to the centre. The sentiment is from Hobby Paleis.

For my card I have used an image from Whimsy and stars called Dancing Love, I coloured with promarkers and matted to some pink stripe CS then hand sewn around the edge in white glitter thread. The DP is from Dovecraft, I added a white scallop border, some white satin ribbon tied in a bow and a doily, the circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly thisis matted to a nellie die cut flower. I finished off with a heart from Hobbycraft, some pearls, a pearl pin and a pink button from the pretty little ribbon shop.

For my card I have used an image from Bugaboo called Gus - Fish whisperer and you get the sentiment too. I have coloured him with promarkers and added some googly eyes and some fun flock to the reeds then matted to some Kraft CS, The DP is from Dovecraft and my local craft shop. I have distressed all the edges with some scissors, I added some twine, a button and a fish charm. The top sentiment is from Hobby Paleis. Finished off with some card candi.

CYDA CH 36 ~ New Beginnings

Happy New year to everyone, hope you all had a fab Christmas and got what you were wishing for.

It's a brand new challenge at CYDA and we want to see new beginnings

For my card I have used a sweet Magnolia Tilda stamp called Sleeping Baby Tilda, she is coloured with Promarkers and embellished with GD then cut out with a nellie die, then I matted to a scallop circle  and then a doily. The DP is from Dovecraft, I added a heart border with my MS punch, added some pink frill ribbon and some tulle. The circle sentiment and the star sentiment are from Hobby Paleis, the rest are computer generated, I finished off with some pearls and a puffy heart.

It's challenge time again at CYDA, this time we want to see snowmen

For my card I have used an image from Squiggle stamps called Snowpals, I have coloured with promarkers and embellished with GD and fun flock, then matted to some red gingham CS. I have used a new embossing folder and matted this to some white CS, the DP is from dovecraft, I have added a stripey ribbon and tied in a bow, the sentiment tickets are from Pink gem designs, I have finished off with some card candi and a sticker from my stash.

I have chosen Button. The stamp I have used is from Ladybugcraftsink called I'm not asleep wrinkley, as soon as I saw this stamp I had to buy it, it is so my dad. I have coloured him with promarkers and sakura glaze pens, then cut out with a sizzix arch die and matted to some papermania DP also cut with the larger arch die. The DP I made myself, I have added a double scallop border, some twine and a basic grey button, some photo corners were also added, and a brown border at the bottom with 2 metal button tied with twine and the words DAD, the sentiments around the imeage come with the stamp so amazing value.

CYDA challenge 33 ~ Embellishment bingo

It's challenge time again at CYDA, this time we have a bingo board for you to choose from, any 3 across, down or diagonal

For my card I have chosen Lace, Pearls and Pins, my image is from a Bratz colouring page, this is for a special little girl and that's what she wanted so who am I to argue. I have used paper from Cosmo Cricket, some pink gingham CS, I have coloured the image with Promarkers, matted to some gingham then cream CS and added pearls in the corners, I have pricked holes around the edge of the DP. I added a doily and again some pearls to the centres of the flowers, I added some ribbon lace, some tulle tied in a bow, a photo corner using a marianne die, and a love heart using a nellie die, I stamp the 11 today using a ladybugcraftsink set.
