Renewal of wedding vows

This is a request from a friend at work, she wanted a renewal of wedding vows card

I have used a stamp from Penny Johnson I think, easy to colour, matted to some grey CS and hand stitched around the edge, I used a crafts too embossing folder on the white CS and matted this to the same grey CS, the DP is from Papermania, The heart die top right is a cheery lynn and I saved some of the left over hearts to add around the image and the vertical heart die is memory box and I added pearls to this, the photo corners I got from a friend and the floral birds and heart are from Hobbycraft. The sentiments are computer generated.

Anything goes DT card - Anniversaries

Todays challenge at Anything goes is Anniversaries.

For my card I have used a stamp from Penny Johnsons vintage range called chanson d'amour, I love this stamp it's great for Anniversaries and weddings. I have coloured in with flexmarkers and then once again i have used an embossed frame from crafts too and matted to some silver glitter CS, I used a different embossed folder for the BP and this is also matted to the same CS, I put 2 sentiment strips from pink petticoat down either side, added a pearl strip to the bottom, some pearls and the red gingham yoyo I made myself and added a big pearl to the center, the top sentiment is from LOTV and the bottom one is computer generated.

MMCS - DT Card - Buttons & Ribbons

This weeks challenge at MMCS is Buttons & ribbons, easy peasy

Buttons & ribbons to me means baby cards lol. So I have decided to use a Penny Johnson stamp called  Sleeping on the moon. I have coloured using prisma pencils blended with sansodor, I then embossed around the image with a do crafts folder and matted to some blue gingham CS, I added some gorgeous ribbon, tied it in a bow and added a pearl heart. The buttons are from my stash and I threaded some tiny ribbon through them and then finished off with some pearls and a fabric heart. The sentiments are from Pink Petticoat.

MMCS ~ DT card CH35

We have a new challenge for you at My Mum's Craft shop, the theme is Keeping warm. The winner will get a £10 MMCS voucher woo hoo.

For my card I have used a Penny Johnson stamp called looking chic, I have coloured with promarkers and prisma pencils, matted to some green CS, the DP is Dovecraft, I have used a snowflake embossing folder on some red CS, then added some die cuts from Marianne design. Finished off with some poinsettia's with a brad in the centre and some gems, gingham ribbon and pearls.

dearest dear

I have had this stamp ages and decided it was time to ink it up. It is called dearest dear by stampavie, Penny Johnson I think. I have coloured with Promarkers and embellished with GD and framed the image using a sizzix die. I have used Kraft CS as the base and stamped around the edge with Elzybells sentiment stamps. The DP is from forever friends I have matted this to some black CS, I added an embossed snowflake border

with some black gingham ribbon tied in a bow, then die cut the fancy tree and bauble using memory box dies and added some pearls, the circle sentiment is from LOTV and the other one is computer generated, finished off with a gold snowflake and dew drop.

Cheeky Boy

Ahhhh, What a cutie,this is one of the new stamps by Penny Johnson called 'cheeky boy' I bought mine from the glitter pot. I have coloured him with promarkers and sakura glaze pens and prisma's for the grass. I have mounted onto cream then blue card. The DP is from forever friends. I have used my MS zigzag punch for the centre and added a white ribbon and some blue card candy, the top border is an off cut when using my scallop punch, and I have put two corners at the bottom and embossed them and added card candy, the sentiment is from the clipart fairy.

Love is in the Air

This is an anniversary card for my stash. I have used a Penny Johnson stamp called 'cuddles'. I have coloured with faber castell polychromos pencils and baby oil, then cut out with a spellbinder die scallop squares, and again using a larger scallop square I cut some red mirror card and mounted the image to this. I then embossed some white card with my new hearts embossing folder. The DP is from forever friends and this is mounted on to red mirror card. I have added some red raffia I got in the sale. Yhe top circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly, the circle sentiment in the heart is from a small studio g stamp set, the 'cherish' heart sentiment is from TLC creations, and the 'happy anniversary' sentiment is from pink petticoat. To finish I have added some red love heart pearls around the edges. One of my New Years resolutions is to use up my old stash, you know how it is when something new comes out you want it and can't wait to use it, and the old stuff just gets put in a pile in your craft room lol.

Santa christmas card

This is a nice and simple card. I have used some embossed card in a gorgeous gold and stamped my Santa image ( by penny johnson ) into the centre and coloured with promarkers, sakura glaze pens for the baubles, and glamour dust for his fur trim and the gold star. I then chalked around the edges a little. The DP is from Hobbycraft, The snowflakes I cut with my die and big shot using sticky backed glitter foam, I have added some papermania zigzag ribbon and the sentiment strip is from pink petticoat. I am entering this card into the Promarker snowflake challenge.
