Design team card - Anything Goes - CH#82

Well it's my last challenge at Anything Goes  

The theme this time is Traditional Christmas Colours

I have used a stamp from Penny Black, I have been trying to use every stamp I have bought but you know how it is some gather dust and don't get used!!

This cutie is coloured in with promarkers and sakura glaze pens, I have added some white fun flock and white ultra fine flowersoft, matted to some green CS and hand stitched around the edge. The DP's are from Dovecraft and Crate paper, that gorgeous doily is a die from cheery lynn bought from the craft den, I have finished off with a wooden star and card candi, some buttons and twine and the sentiments are (top) LOTV and bottom Hobby Paleis.

I would just like to say a massive thanks to Lynne & Tamara for having me on your team, I have enjoyed every minute, I will be keeping in touch with all you lovely ladies and visiting Lynne at the craft den when I can. XXXX

It's challenge time again at Anything goes

the theme is Tags

so you could create a tag or add a tag to a card or project.

I have decided to add a tag to my card, I made a similar tag a few weeks ago for Jellypark and a friend of mine saw the tag and asked If I could make her one to be added to a christmas card, so I said yes.

The image is from Jellypark, I have embellished with Stickles and GD, added some cheesecloth and some lace and ribbon, the snowflake is made with chipboard and dunked in twinklets, The DP is from Papermania festive frolics, I added some glitter ribbon and another chipboard snowflake with one of my crochet flowers and a brad attached, The doily is from my stash, I finished off with some pearls and the sentiments.

It's a brand new challenge for you at Anything Goes

The Theme is Stitching Real or Faux

I have used real stitching on my card.

The image is a Magnolia stamp called catching stars from the Craft Den, I have coloured in with Faber castell polychromos pencils and blended with sansodor and embellished with GD, used some LOTV stamps for the border around the image and inked with some frayed burlap Tim Holtz ink.

The DP is from Dovecraft, I added a doily and some pearls and buttons from my stash.

The circle sentiment is from LOTV and the crochet flower is handmade by me.

Anything Goes - DT card - CH79 - Anything Goes

We have a brand new challenge for you at Anything Goes

the theme is 

Anything Goes - nice and easy

For my card I have used a stamp from Pink Gem Designs called Butterfly chloe, she is coloured in with Promarkers and embellished with GD and pearls on her shoes, I matted to some lilac then gingham CS and hand stitched around the edge, I used a crafts too heart embossing folder, the DP is from Dovecraft, I used my MS cloudy hearts punch for the border and added some lilac weave and gingham ribbon. The sentiments are computer generated (top) and WRS (bottom), the numbers are die cut using a MFT die and the butterfly is a cheery lynn die, the pearls are by Hobby house and you can purchase these from the craft den.

Anything Goes DT card - CH78 - Make your own embellishments

We have a brand new challenge for you at Anything goes

the theme is make your own embellishments so this is right up my ally.

For my card I have used a WRS stamp called lady with wine, she is coloured with Promarkers,

I embossed around her with a Do crafts floder and matted to some floral DP and then some white CS. The paper is from Papermania, I added a doily border using a MS punch some gorgeous lace and white ribbon tied in a bow, the sentiments are computer generated, The 60 is a MFT die, my handmade embellishments are my crochet flower and my pins, I finished off with some hot pink pearls.

It is challenge time again at Anything Goes

the theme is Animals

For my card I have used a LOTV stamp called Bubble Bath, I have coloured in with Faber castell pencils blended with sansodor. The DP is from First Edition, I added a border using my EK success punch, then added the lace and some white ribbon tied in a bow, some punched glitter flowers with pearls in the centres, the sentiments are computer generated

This is my take on the sketch

I have used a stamp from stamping bella's uptown girls called Ava loves to celebrate

She is coloured with promarkers and I added some white sakura glaze pen to the dress and present for the spots and added some GD.

The DP is from LOTV and it is divine, the border is a cheery lynn die as is the pink doily and the butterfly ( I blame Tamara for my addiction to these dies lol), I added lace and ribbon, some gorgeous blue flowers covered in stickles, I finished off with some pearls and the sentiment, and yes that space on the bottom left is driving me mad, I hate leaving spaces!!

the theme is Early Christmas

so a great way to get started on your crimbo cards.

I have decided to use a stamp I bought recently from Magnolia called Edwin on Christmas eve, he is coloured in with promarkers and sakura glaze pen, I added some twinklets and silver flowersoft and some fun flock, he is cut out with spellbinders die and matted to some red mirror card. The DP is from Dovecraft, I added a Kraft star border using my MS punch, the wooden shapes are from the craft den and I added card candi to the centres, the snowflake is from my stash, the words are from a papermania pad called mistletoe kisses and the circle sentiment is from LOTV.

It's challenge time again at Anything goes

The theme this time is make your own backgrounds

I decided to make a Baby card using a Magnolia stamp called Tilda in Bunny slippers, I have coloured her in with Promarkers and added some GD, used my x-cut dies to cut her out then hand stitched around the edge and added the pearl and button. My background was created using a catslife press alphabet stamp, stamped onto whit CS and matted to some pink CS, The border was created with a MS star punch, I added some heart organza ribbon tied in a bow, a doily, the crochet flower is hand made by me as is the pins, I added some mulberry flowers and pearls. The top left sentiment is also catslife press, the bottom left is from Pink petticoat and the bottom right is from my stash.

Anything Goes DT Card - CH #73 - Summer Days

Welcome back to another challenge at Anything Goes

The theme is Summer days 

For my card I have used a Magnolia stamp, she is coloured in with faber castell pencils and blended with sansodor, die cut with nellie and x - cut dies, I added a border with my EK success punch, some lace and blue gingham ribbon, the DP is from me to you I also used some gorgeous blue floral card recycled from an old card. The sentiments are from Cats life press (top) and LOTV (bottom). I finished off with one of my hand made crochet flowers and added a button to the centre, some pearls and the top left sentiment is computer generated.

Anything goes DT card - CH72 - Let's not be square

We have a brand new challenge for you at Anything Goes.

the theme is let's not be square.

I have decided to do a circle card, the first one I have done. I used my circle cutter and that went well but as soon as I decided to add my image and embellishments it started rolling to one side lol, so I chopped a bit off the bottom so it stayed in one place, I think I need lessons lol.

I have used an image from LOTV called Twice as nice.

I have coloured with flexmarkers and promarkers, added some GD and pearls, die cut with a circle nellie die and a x-cut scallop die then hand sewn around the edge. The DP is from First edition and Nana's Nursery. I have added a organza ribbon in white and tied in a bow. Some punched out leaves using a MS punch, a hand made fancy pin and a lilac flower and a doily. The sentiments are from pink petticoat, the one under the picture comes with the stamp and the love one is from studio G.

Anything Goes DT card - CH71 - relax with lavender & lace

It's Tuesday and that means we have another challenge for you at Anything Goes

The theme is relax with Lavender & lace 

For my card I have used one of the new Magnolia stamps from the Prince & princesses 2012 collection called Tilda with Ballet shoes. I have fallen in love with this stamp, she is gorgeous and I can see me using her often. I have coloured using Promarkers and embellished with GD and cut out with a nellie oval die, inked around the edge and then stamped the border using another Magnolia stamp from the sweet love collection. The DP is from Papermania, I have added a doily heart border using my MS Punch, added the lace and some lavender organza ribbon tied in a bow. The bottom of the card has been punched with a doily MS punch. I finished off with some flowers, sentiments, pearls and pearl trim, a hand made pin and punched out leaves.

Anything goes DT card - CH70 - Polka dots with a Birthday theme

Our challenge this time at Anything goes is Polka dots with a Birthday theme

For my card I have used a Magnolia stamp called Baby Tilda , she is coloured with Promarkers and some GD was added. I cut her out with a Sizzix oval die and a oval scallop die. The DP is from Dovecraft, I used a MS zigzag punch for the border, a doily and some spot ribbon. The yoyo I made myself using a template and some gorgeous pink spot fabric, the sentiments are from Pink petticoat and the number one is a die cut from die-namics, finished off with some pearls and swirls and a photo corner.

Anything goes DT card - CH69 - Travel or around the world

It's challenge time again at Anything goes

The theme is Travel or around the world.

This card is a request from a friend at work Vanessa, her mum and dad are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. She wanted a caravan as a theme, and the only stamp I have is this Jolly nation one, Phew it fits the bill perfectly. And it also fits the challenge theme today so killed two birds with one stone yeh!

The stamp is called Caravan couple, I have coloured with promarkers and polychromos pencils, added some bling to her top and the caravan wheel and a flower. I matted to some cream CS and hand sewed around the image. The DP is from Dovecraft and nana's nursery. I added a cream satin ribbon tied in a bow and added the pearl. The heart border is a MS punch. I finished off with some flowers from Wild orchid crafts, punched out MS leaves and pearls from joanna sheen, and the sentiments are computer generated.

Anything goes DT card - Anniversaries

Todays challenge at Anything goes is Anniversaries.

For my card I have used a stamp from Penny Johnsons vintage range called chanson d'amour, I love this stamp it's great for Anniversaries and weddings. I have coloured in with flexmarkers and then once again i have used an embossed frame from crafts too and matted to some silver glitter CS, I used a different embossed folder for the BP and this is also matted to the same CS, I put 2 sentiment strips from pink petticoat down either side, added a pearl strip to the bottom, some pearls and the red gingham yoyo I made myself and added a big pearl to the center, the top sentiment is from LOTV and the bottom one is computer generated.

I have gone for Black and White

The image is a WRS stamp called Lady with wine, I have coloured with spectrum noir pens, sakura glaze and glitter pens, then embossed around the image with a crafts too folder (I'm getting addicted to these) and added some flowers and matted to some black then white CS. I added a border with my MS punch, added some sparkly ribbon and some tulle and sewed a crochet flower to the center of the bow, Finished off with a hand made pin (by me) some MS punched out butterflies, some punched out and crochet flowers, and some pearls.

The theme is Flutterby Butterfly - things with wings

For my card I have created a scene using 3 different stamps, the gorjuss girl is called Bumblebee and a magnolia stamp called shabby chic fence, these are coloured with promarkers and faber castell pencils blended with sansodor and some tim holtz distress ink for the sky, I then used a hobbycraft stamp for the butterflies and added some GD and some MS punched out butterflies as well. The DP is from Forever friends, I added a fence border also MS, some glitzy ribbon and finished off with some pearls and the sentiments are from Pink Petticoat.

The DP is from Forever friends, I added a doily some tulle and some gorgeous ribbon tied in a bow, the Alice sentiments are from create with TLC and the birthday sentiment is from pink petticoat, I finished off with some pearls.

This fortnight's challenge at Anything Goes is Anything goes lol

For my card I have used a stamp from Ladybugcraftsink called Bathtub Nikki, she is coloured with promarkers and embellished with GD and sakura clear glaze pen, when dry I cut out with a nellie oval die and inked around the image in versa magic pink chalk ink and added some ribbon at either end. The DP's are from Papermania, the flowers are from do cafts and I added a pearl in the centre. I added a scallop border at the bottom and added the pearls and the sentiment strip is from Pink Petticoat, the circle sentiment is from cuddly buddly. The relax sentiment is computer generated.

It's challenge time again at Anything goes, the theme is get ready for Easter

For my card I have used a digi from Mo Manning called Just Hatched, I have coloured in with promarkers and flexmarkers, cut out using a nellie die then added some fun flock to his chick hat and added a googly eye. I embossed some cream card with a mosaic folder and then matted this to some yellow card and added the image. The Dp is from Forever friends, I added a scallop border some yellow dot ribbon and some polka dot papermania buttons, the bottom sentiments are from pink petticoat and cuddly buddly and the one on the image is computer generated by me.
