This card is a request from my friend Bill

I have used a die cut square from LOTV, this is matted to a 

spellbinders die cut and then some green CS, The DP is from Forever friends and the borders are made using my MS punch, the stars are from Dienamics as is the number 4, the sentiments are computer generated. I finished off with some card candi.
